iPlay for Kids
Why should kids join a program, they are already active?
Research shows that kids benefit from 180 minute (3hours) of physical activity everyday, but sadly this is not happening in our current state of busy living where outdoor play has been taken over by screens or homework. Children are just not getting enough exercise. Exercise helps kids with concentration, focus, health, determination, concentration and performance. Whilst many kids are involved in sporting activities, general fitness is not the main goal of such activities. And if a child is not involved or interested in sports then they literally miss out on physical activity, fitness and health. Also, to improve performance in any sporting activity general fitness is essential.
Why iPlay for Kids?
iPlay for kids is especially designed to help kids develop neuromuscular co-ordination, focus, strength, confidence, balance and fitness. Children are encouraged to work in teams so they develop communication, team play, planning and function. Every class is carefully planned and executed to help children improve posture by building core strength, physical strength and alignment. Where required we work with allied health professionals to ensure the best care for your children. Help your children love fitness, being healthy, enjoying movement and having fun with friends and fitness.
