What is S&C?

S & C is a 10 week to 12 week program that runs in parallel with school terms. These classes are spcifically designed to improve your strength, mobility, agility and endurance through various movements including kettlebells, pilates, ground force method and original strength. Your fitness and movement mechanics drastically improves so everyday tasks get easier. Our classes are tailored for the individual in a small group setting. Each class is varied and we encourage you to work to your level whilst progressing/regressing when necessary. General nutritional guidance and support is part of the package. Our goal is to make you the Stronger, Leaner, Faster, Fitter and Empowered version of YOU!
